This is a heavily supported training role which will allow you progress in this industry. As a property agent, you will get exposure to all things property and will gain valuable experience in how to expertly manage a portfolio property to ensure we have happy landlords and tenants. This role is heavily supported by the property managers which allows a hands-on training experience.

Description

As a property agent, you'll be responsible for:

? Producing high quality property inspection reports

? Carrying out routine inspections and liaising with tenants over any concerns

? Conducting viewings at properties that are up for let

? Organising safety certificates and processing remedial works

? Instructing maintenance works

? Processing invoices

? Creating marketing material for our properties

Profile

Essential:

? Clean UK Driving Licence

? Excellent customer service experience and an understanding into how

valuable this trait is to our company

? A proactive, positive approach to any task you undertake

? Excellent organisation skills and are able to prioritise in order to meet tight

deadlines

? Passion for being reliable, responsible and for exceeding expectations

? Strong attention to detail

? A confident communicator, and you enjoy working as part of a team

? Self-awareness and humility - you know that honest feedback is how you

grow, and you're not afraid to ask for help.

Desirable:

? Qualification of Level 6 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management

? Experience of problem solving and taking initiative to resolve any problems

? Experience in working in a property industry

? Sales experience

This is a permanent full-time role.
