To be Successful as Learning Disabilities manager you will:
- Lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and personal growth
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support is provided.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Learning Disabilities manager, you will need:
- Proven track record of managing services for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework governing care services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in developing person-centred care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
