£60k-£70k + OTE

The Company
Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a language services company, specializing in communication for businesses in various languages, providing linguistics and creative solutions for global needs. Working with over 200 languages including BSL, they have experience in various sectors such as Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Engineering and IT.
The Role
You will be reporting to the CEO, managing a team of Account Managers to exceed targets of current business retention and new business. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to help increase sales and build current key account relationships.
The Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience of senior sales roles within the Language Services industry.
- Proven record of implementing strategies for sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the industry and its competitive dynamics, using knowledge of business trends to identify business implications, strategies, plans, goals and/or actions.
