Job Role: Administrator- Telecoms
Location: Office based role in Strood- free parking on site
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
I am excited to be recruiting for a local telecom cabling specialist who is doubling in turnover every year! This multi-million £ local firm look after their staff with regular social events in London, performance related bonuses in summer and at Christmas and flexibility in hours.
Due to growth, I am sourcing an Administrator to work alongside a Project manager and ensure the timely delivery of cabling jobs in the southeast.
Duties will include:
- Organising site surveys
- Processing survey documentation
- Opening jobs on in-house tracker and client portals
- Allocating work to subcontractors
- Processing subcontractor documentation
- Raising quotations for additional works
- Producing daily reports on job status
- Liaising with clients daily to update on key projects and sites
The perfect candidate:
- Organised administrator who I confident using multiple systems at the same time
- Experienced in a similar role or a strong administrator/grad looking to apply their skills
