Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in managing multiple currencies and keen to hit the ground running? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join this dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts across multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD).
- Manage the sales order to cash process, ensuring timely customer payments.
- Identify and collect overdue accounts, following the debt collection process (phone or email contact required).
- Prepare the Top 10 Debtors Report for the weekly Management Executive Group meeting.
- Generate the daily Flash Sales report for the Management Executive Group.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all journals are posted accurately.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable role
- Ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Proactive and strong communication skills
