Quality Manager Bedford, MK44 3WH - Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office)
- Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday shifts
- £55,000 - £65,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Benefits Package
- Candidate needs experience in the Automotive sector and knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements

The Quality Manager Role:
You will be integral to maintaining and enhancing our quality systems and processes, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Teams
- Ensure high-quality verification and approval of products and services
- Continuously improve company processes and maintain quality system accreditations
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product quality
- Address and resolve quality non-conformities promptly
- Monitor, measure, and improve Quality KPIs and departmental risks
- Lead accreditation audits and manage the internal audit program
- Mentor and train the internal audit team
- Participate in management team activities
Key Skills:
Essential:
- Experience in the Automotive sector
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements
Desirable:
- Experience within the Medical sector
