Junior Sous Chef - Albert's Schloss Manchester
Salary: £32,000 per annum + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly (OTE £40k+)
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant. This is a perfect role for someone who is developed in a kitchen role and who has most recently operated at a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie role.
As a member of our kitchen, you'll be a valuable part of a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
