Duties
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients acting as their first point of contact
- Identify sales possibilities upselling and cross selling products
- Making sure clients get five-star customer service and resolving any issues
- Handling the customer sales life cycle from beginning to end
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery
Skills
- Proven track sales record
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Good It skills
- Ability to build rapport easily
- History of having worked to targets and KPIs
