IFA Administrator

The Company: Regionally renowned and very well-established wealth management firm looking to bring in an experienced, private wealth focused IFA Administrator as they expand their Adviser Support team:

  • Office Location: Sheffield
  • Hybrid/Home Working: 100% office-based with ad-hoc flex to WFH as required

Package: £25-28k base DOE + bonus & full company benefits

  • Benefits: 8% pension + annual bonuses and full flexible benefits package

The Role: The remit here is a wealth administration support role geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers, working in HNW circles from a technical admin support perspective:

  • Analysing and assisting with research for compiling Financial Planning reports
  • Handling client queries wherever possible for the Advisers
  • Servicing existing clients by providing valuations and portfolio updates as and when required
  • Ensuring that all new business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firm's standards.
  • Send letters of authority and gather accurate information
  • Provide an efficient and friendly point of contact for clients and providers, by phone, email and in person
  • Maintaining client records

The Person: Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA's/financial advisers across investments & pensions casework.

  • Required: Exposure to processing new/existing private pensions business
