A client is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for a 44 bedded Dementia Nursing home nearby Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
You will be working for an established company with a fantastic owner.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Overseeing the care staff
- Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home
Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working within Elderly Nursing Homes
- RGN qualified with an active PIN
- A track record of ‘Good' CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
