What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a 2nd to 3rd Line IT Support Technician.
- Thrives in a dynamic MSP environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in core Microsoft technologies: AD configuration, Group Policy, Hyper-V, and Azure AD.
- Knowledgeable in Network Defense, encompassing Firewalls, security protocols, Web Filtering, End-Point & MFA configuration.
- Familiarity with HyperV, Cloud, and Internet Technologies.
- Possesses a full UK driving license and own transportation.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Server and Cloud technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd to 3rd line Technical Support via our Helpdesk.
- Offer Systems, Network & Firewall Support.
- Respond proactively to NOC and SOC detections in Customer Systems.
- Conduct onsite visits for Technical Support or Incident Response as needed.
