Professional services company based in the heart of Manchester city centre. They are seeing continued growth and success in their industry and, as such, are looking for a professional receptionist to join their company.
Your new role
- A professional services company based in Manchester city centre are recruiting a full-time receptionist.
- Ensuring professional and welcoming reception service for clients and employees
- Ensuring the reception area is always well maintained and rooms are ready for clients
- Answering calls and directing to the appropriate person, ensuring all messages are taken down accurately
- Handling meeting room bookings and ensuring catering and conference call requirements are provided
- Additional general administration duties for the building
What you'll need to succeed
- It is essential you have reception experience in a professional services company.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Confident in MS Office packages
- Experience of working with minimal supervision
- Proven experience of adapting to changing demands
- Excellent attention to detail
What you'll get in return
