You will be working within the Global Foreign Exchange (GFX) business, as a risk-manager within the FX Derivatives global complex. You will be an integral part of the GFX business in London, United Kingdom.

Your key responsibilities

  • Risk-managing global derivative portfolios in the UK timezone
  • Oversee execution of client transactions and hedges across wide range of foreign-exchange markets
  • Quoting the Bank's franchise in the region across a wide range of currencies and derivative products
  • Meeting with institutional and corporate clients alongside Sales to maintain and develop the Bank's FX franchise
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities and relationships with institutional and corporate clients
  • Project work to continually improve our systems and infrastructure

Your skills and experience

  • Understanding of quantitative trading techniques for FX Derivative portfolios in both developed and emerging markets
  • Experience in an array of currencies and derivative products
  • Strong understanding of market structure and capable of building relationships with participants and stakeholders (clients, exchanges, regulators etcetera)
  • Commercial focus, ability to take initiatives, and skills to solve complex business problems
  • Ability to articulate ideas confidently and concisely
  • Team Player
