My Client is looking for a ambitious individual to develop their career could this be you?

What will your responsibilities involve?

Provide advice and guidance to managers on the application of company policies, for example supporting disciplinary, grievance and absence processes, ensuring that procedures are followed.

Support management in the identification of resourcing requirements and co-ordinates the day-to-day aspects of recruitment and selection process in liaison with line managers and recruitment specialist.

Assist with the implementation and development of initiatives which promote and develop constructive Employee Relations within the region and between other company business units.

Coordinate HR processes in conjunction with local HR Employee Services, payroll and offshore personnel logistics functions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure the Performance Management Review and offshore appraisal process are embedded in the region and that any training needs are documented and actioned by the Learning and Development team.

What are we looking for?

You will be degree qualified in either an HR or Business Management related subject. Being an associate or member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development would be an advantage also

You should have previous experience working in a similar position providing an advanced level of HR advice to management and employees.

You should have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and ability to interpret HR policies and procedures. As well as a technical knowledge of employee benefits and associated administration schemes.

You will have proven organisational skills and the ability to review work methods in support of continually developing smart and efficient work methods.

You should have proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation and externally in a variety of methods.

You must have advisory experience.
