Reed Education are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a lovely school's KS2 team from the October half term until April 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing a Key Stage 2 class. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and is looking for a rewarding teaching opportunity.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, teach, and assess a Key Stage 2 class, ensuring that all children are engaged and making progress.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes good behaviour and a strong classroom culture.
- Attend training sessions, parents' evenings, and other school events as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to professional development and a willingness to attend training and events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
