We are looking for a Resourcer/Recruiter for our client based in the Borehamwood. area, The company has huge growth plans and they need your expertise to find appropriate staff. They currently have approximately 30 staff.
As the main company Resourcer your day to day duties will revolve around finding appropriate staff to meet the needs of the business, predominantly in the sales arena. You will have a working background either within agency recruitment or as an internal recruiter. You will be very familiar with working with boolean searches and working across a number of search engines. Working with the Departmental Heads you will You will gain a thorough understanding of the roles and pre screen the candidates for the Department |Heads to interview.
