HR Services Specialist
- Contract Type: 12-month fixed term
- Location: Flexible hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Salary: £35,000 per annum

Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage local new hire, on-boarding, and off-boarding administration processes efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting to external partners.
- Serve as the first point of contact within the people function, providing confidential support to employees and managers.
- Administer payroll processes and provide comprehensive benefits information to employees.
- Ensure all people-related forms, processes, and online filing are updated and GDPR compliant.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of local master data and archiving in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee local people systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information.
- Participate in both global and local People Services projects and initiatives aimed at streamlining and digitalising people processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven generalist HR experience within a matrix organisation.
- Ability to positively influence internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable payroll experience in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Collaborative working style that fosters a strong team spirit.
- Excellent inductive reasoning, planning, and organisational capabilities.
- Strong process-orientation with a mindset geared towards process improvement.
- University degree in HR or a relevant subject area.
- Experience working within a "shared service" organisation is beneficial.
