Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to represent a family run regional provider in their search for a Residential Home Manager for their 'Good' rated, medium sized specialist dementia, residential home.
The home is situated in a picturesque village close to Dartford, with purpose-built extensions and outstanding amenities. The provider also champions the importance of nutrition, employing state of the art care planning technology ensuring more time is spent with the residents rather than with paperwork whilst still providing outstanding care.
As the Registered Manager you will be focused on leadership and management of the overall running of the care home including finance, clinical care and resource management along with ensuring the home is compliant with all regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities
- CQC Registered Home Manager
- Team leadership
- Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are met and are aligned to codes of conduct and company procedures.
- Ensuring a smooth running of the home
- Ensuring the team is well supported and delivering the highest standard of care.
Requirements
- Experienced as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting
- Proven track record in a care home environment
- Management and clinical knowledge
- IT Literate
- Passionate for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care for all residents
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC (Care Quality Commission) requirements
