What will you do as Head of Supply Chain?
- Supervise order fulfilment for wholesale and DTC orders ensuring they are sent OTIF
- Maintain a safety inventory levels across SKUs and minimise excess stock through warehouse transfers
- Monitor performance of 3PL partners across logistics, warehouses and suppliers
- Maintain relationships with all parts of the supply chain for efficient and effective operations
- Lead on all international stock movements liaising with freight forwarders to ensure compliance
- Coordinate shipments to conform to shipping standards and accurate export documentation
- Oversee E2E supply chain operations including procurement, production, warehouse and distribution
- Work with commercial teams to produce accurate forecasts and stock optimisation
- Develop supply chain strategies and processes to maximise productivity and minimise errors
What will you need?
- Hands on supply chain and operations experience within beauty or consumer goods is essential for this role
- Proven track record of successfully managing E2E supply chains both in the UK and globally
- Comfortable managing relationships with 3PL partners to ensure performance and best prices
- Excellent analytical and excel skills - you will have ideally also used ERP and IMS systems
- Freight forwarding and export documentation knowledge is also essential
