Maintenance Electrician
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Hours (Monday to Friday)
A renowned and well-established healthcare provider are actively seeking a Maintenance Electrician on a permanent basis. The post holder will be responsible for delivering building services maintenance and repairs across the buildings.
Your duties include:
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services ensuring that operational standards are maintained
- Fault finding, minors repairs or installations and maintaining services and equipment with critical environments
- Work alongside the Projects team and Technical Supervisor in identifying, scoping and delivering minor capital works
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies within own work areas
- Maintain effective site log books
The successful candidate should have
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical installation or maintenance
- Previous experience working within a buildings maintenance environment
- Full UK Driving License
