Reporting to the Partner and taking charge of your own portfolio of sole traders and limited companies across a diverse client base. This role is 3 days a week with one day with the hybrid working model. Duties will include:-
Duties of the Practice Accountant Role:-
- Planning workflow, chasing work and allocating tasks to the team
- Review sole trader and limited company accounts
- Self assessment tax returns
- VAT and Corporate Tax
- Payroll and management accounts
Requirements of the Practice Accountant Role:-
- Current experience in an accountancy firm
- ACCA or ACA qualified or an exceptional MAAT person
- Payroll processing including P11D
