A dedicated Commercial Litigation practice with an excellent local and national reputation, working out of commercial offices in Birkenhead, has an opportunity for an ambitious, experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to further augment the specialist team.
Its dedicated Commercial Litigation team specialises in B2B Debt Recovery and general Commercial Contract claims and has a diverse range of clients from SMEs right up to multi-nationals. You will be an ambitious Solicitor (3-5 years' PQE) with previous fee-earning experience in Commercial Litigation ideally pertaining to contractual disputes/Debt Recovery on behalf of businesses. Candidates with a broader litigation background are also encouraged to apply.
