Requirements:
To join our team, you need:
- Recent Experience: Experience working with primary and/or secondary age children
- Qualifications: QTS or equivalent
- Flexibility and Behaviour Management: Adaptability and effective classroom management skills
- Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong working relationships with students and staff
- Comprehensive CV: Detailed employment history for the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps
- Safeguarding Compliance: Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
- Legal Right to Work:
- Interview Availability: Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration interview
