Urgently seeking a ETRM Trading Analyst
Initial 6 Month contract and the position will be hybrid with weekly visits to site in London required.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform daily validation activities for in-scope trades in ETRM to ensure transactions are duly and timely captured according to company policies and procedures.
- Focal point and key SME for transactions across key area(s) of coverage to aid critical improvement agenda.
- Support end of day reconciliation processes in the relevant ETRM systems to guarantee the timely generation of Position and PNL reporting.
- Create scalable processes to enable business to grow in controlled manner.
- Establish key processes to ensure correct data integration and migration in support of ETRM transition project deliverables.
- Engage on daily basis with exchanges, trading platforms, counterparties and brokers to solve discrepancies.
- Build good working relationships with internal and relevant external stakeholders.
- Competent in usage of IT technology and systems, identify, report and where needed resolve data or system discrepancies, identify process change opportunities, and provide timely and accurate analysis in support of commercial opportunities.
- Willingness to take on additional projects outside of specific role, collaborate across desks and functions in the End-to-End transaction flow.
- Collaborate effectively with IT to develop automated checks and exceptions dashboard(s) to enable efficient validation of a large volume of trades.
Must have experience with ETRM Systems
