Salary:

£40,000 per annum(£20.51 per hour whilst on a temp basis)

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between core hours of 7.30am-6pm Monday-Friday

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for a temp-to-perm role in Tyseley, Birmingham. This position offers a salary of £40,000 per annum, working full-time hours.

Job Purpose:

Optimize warehouse space, support growth, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Manage inventory, complete stock counts, and produce detailed reports for management and customers.

Main Duties:

  • Manage inventory across the site.
  • Set and achieve Inventory KPI targets.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and integrity.
  • Review and approve departmental reports.
  • Support management in customer reviews.
  • Analyze trends and implement improvements.
  • Promote process improvement and team collaboration.
  • Provide reporting and support operational changes.
  • Conduct site tours and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
