Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives. This position requires a strong on-site presence to support our employees and management team effectively. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract top talent.

Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues.

Drive performance management processes to enhance employee performance and development.

Support organisational development initiatives and change management processes.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively on-site and build strong relationships with employees and management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

CIPD qualification and experience of working within the UK is essential for this opportunity.
