My client, a renowned and high-profile membership organisation, seeks an organised and detail-oriented administrator to join their membership team.

Ideally the role will suit someone who has membership experience, is great with CRM systems, and has a collaborative team spirit.

Main duties of this role will include;

Membership Administration: Efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the membership database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of member records.

Communication: Interact with members via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.

Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain reports from the CRM, related to membership data, ensuring that the information is up-to-date and readily available for analysis.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate communication and information flow between teams, fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment.

CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to manage member interactions, track engagement, and contribute to the development of targeted communications.

Membership Growth: Support initiatives aimed at growing the membership base, including outreach and engagement activities.

We are looking for someone who has some experience of working in a membership organisation, is pro-active, has initiative and is used to working with CRM's.

This is a hybrid role, which will involve 2-3 days a week in the office. Apply now for immediate consideration.
