What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce components to exact specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and job sheets to ensure accurate machine programming.
- Conduct regular quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization on the shop floor.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Laser Operator/Setter (Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and production documentation.
- Ability to work independently on a rotating shift schedule.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Flexibility and reliability with a strong work ethic.
