Description

  • Responsible for a product range in a core category ensuring that the ranging is relevant for the target audience
  • Managing a budget, setting pricing and delivering on sales and margins targets
  • Working closely with retailers on driving optimum sell out of key products
  • Developing a strong stakeholder network internally and externally to foster collaboration
  • Marketing investments are optimised through the relevant channels including shopper activation's/events

Profile

A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:

  • A strong academic background with a degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in setting RSPs, managing Retailer invoice pricing and margins (mandatory)
  • Previous Product Management experience in a relatable sector (minimum 3+ years)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Identifying future trends and how to use these for business success
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills
  • Results driven and motivated by succeeding
  • Improve customer satisfaction by operating resources and making decisions based on the customer
