A leading entertainment provider is looking to hire a CRM Data Analyst to join their Analytics function
THE COMPANY
The business are a leading and global entertainment provider specialised in the theatre space, with multiple venues across the globe and running thousands of shows each year.
And they are seeking to hire a CRM Data Analyst to join their Customer Analytics team and support the business as it undergoes a period of rapid growth.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transforming key reporting areas into high-level dashboard solutions using Power BI
- Enhancing the businesses reporting capabilities
- Analysing data and providing key insights to stakeholders
- Provide insights and recommendations to enable the business to make data-driven decisions
- Working with senior stakeholders and clients across the business
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong technical experience in SQL and Power BI
- Proven track record working with CRM and Marketing data
- Strong stakeholder management skills
