Senior Business Analyst/Change Manager FTC to Mar 26

The Opportunity

A Senior Business Analyst/Change Manager is urgently required to work alongside executive leaders and collaborate closely with internal and external partners. This role is a fixed term contract until March 2026.

As part of the senior leadership team, the successful appointee will ensure that the expected benefits, outlined in the 3 year strategy, are fully mapped and reported accurately giving full visibility of the advantages gained. They will report on any duplication of services, anomalies in the service and gaps so maximum value for money is achieved.

Main duties include ensuring that benefits are identify, track, monitor and realised from the current programme and additional projects (both financial and non-financial).

The successful appointee will ensure that the reporting is accurate and provides relevant data to the Executive Sponsor Programme Director, Programme Manager and Senior Project Managers. Additionally, they'll work closely and collaborate with the Executive leadership team. There are no direct reports however, the ability to communicate and collaborate across a wide range of Executives, Leads and Project Lead both internally and externally to the organisation is essential.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Able to work to a structured plan that enables measurement of benefits and what really matters for end users
  • Experience of leading on defining, tracking and realising benefits in a complex environment
  • Experience of working in a complex organisation at an equivalent leadership level
  • Experience in developing and maintaining excellent collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including the Executive team, Members, managers, staff, partners, and suppliers
  • Experience of working with, and influencing, Senior Management stakeholders with diverse business priorities
