We are looking for a dedicated individual to support with the end-to-end delivery of Skills and Employment programmes. This includes managing logistics, coordinating participant onboarding, providing administrative support for large-scale events, and delivering excellent communication and customer service.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage logistics for Skills and Employment Programmes, including maintaining delivery spaces and organising resources.
- Coordinate participant onboarding to programmes and provide administrative support for large-scale events.
- Manage mailboxes for programme participants, enquiries, and stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service to ensure all programme participants feel welcomed and supported.
- Generate payment and purchase orders for programme suppliers.
- Process programme participant and third-party supplier requirements, such as equipment, access, and account setup.
- Support database management and ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Implement process improvements for the delivery of cyclical programmes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and information analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach, focusing on the needs of programme participants.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of information governance and GDPR.
- Experience in HR/People departments and/or systems.
