Contract Personnel are pleased to be representing an Eye based client seeking an Office Administrator to join their family-run business on a permanent basis.

If you are quick in learning office procedures, have keen attention to detail, top-notch organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, let's connect and have a chat!

Key responsibilities include:

  • general office administration
  • accounts management
  • filing
  • data entry
  • phone handling
  • visitor reception
  • meeting coordination, and
  • supporting pharmacy operations.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

Salary is £22k - £28k depending on experience.
