Interim Finance Officer

Are you experienced in both Accounts Payable and Receivable? Would you take the opportunity to work for a multimillion pound Not for Profit organisation, renowned in its sector? Are you looking for a hybrid working pattern?

Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in London, however, are offering a hybrid working pattern.

The Interim Finance Officer's key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing, allocating and chasing for approval on invoices.
  • Reconciling the supplier accounts and answering stakeholder queries.
  • Overseeing the income and reconciling the sales ledger.

The Interim Finance Officer will have:

  • Experience working in a busy Accounts department, taking on both Accounts Receivable and Payable duties.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience using ‘Microsoft Dynamics 365' and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
