Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate compliance reporting for the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Prepare CCO reports for Executive Committees, Board, and Lifeco
- Agree on templates and assign responsibilities in advance
- Set clear expectations for content approach and deadlines
- Standardise formats and language where possible
- Ensure reports meet professional look and feel expectations
- Manage key stakeholders
- Maintain a reporting calendar to meet deadlines and efficiently reuse materials
Your skills:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of regulatory environment and requirements
- Ability to organise workloads for self and others, meeting demanding and changing priorities
- Problem-solving skills with pragmatic solutions and improvements
- Good analytical and report writing skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, presenting information clearly and timely
- Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive level
- Capable of effectively challenging once standards and expectations are understood
- Flexible and willing to travel to other office locations
