Key Responsibilities:
As an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor, your main duties will include:
- Delivering expert legal advice on various commercial property matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with current property laws and regulations.
- Liaising with external legal advisors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Managing and mitigating legal risks associated with property transactions and operations.
- Assisting in resolving property disputes and handling litigation matters.
- Supporting the legal needs of various departments within the organisation.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property law, contracts, and real estate transactions.
- Proven experience in handling complex property transactions and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
