Multi Skilled Tradesmen:
£ 30,000 - £40,000 Annually

20 days Holiday
The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a multi skilled reactive environment. This will range from plumbing, flat roof repairs, carpentry, flooring and tiling and electrical fault finding.
They will need to be able to work with the latest smart phone and laptops.
This position requires a lot of driving since we cover London and surrounding areas.
Some duties will include:
- Delivering project works individually (Lone Working)
- Delivering day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s)
- Reactive repairs
- Scoping and writing reports
Qualifications: Qualifications in either of the following will be beneficial but is not essential.
- Plumbing - QCF L2 or QCF L3
- Carpentry - C&G 6706
- Electrical (i.e. 17thEdition & Testing and Inspection)City & Guilds 2365
- Tiling
- Plastering
