My client is an award-winning, market leading organisation, offering cutting-edge, bespoke IT security solutions. They are looking for a Sales Executive with B2B experience to join their team on a permanent basis, to nurture and build relationships with prospective clients to achieve long-term sales goals.

This is not a cold-calling role! My client offers warm leads and is looking for a talented Sales Executive who can develop and nurture B2B relationships within prospective clients, to help achieve long-term client growth.

Sales Executive - More Information and Duties:

Our client is looking for a dynamic, driven individual with exceptional client relationship management skills and and a minimum of 2 years' B2B sales experience, ideally gained in a tech environment. Duties;

  • Represent the company at networking events whilst gathering leads and building relationships.
  • Conduct market research to find new potential leads and opportunities for business.
  • Nurture client relationships to achieve repeat business and build long-term relationships.
  • Convert warm leads on the phone (database and self-generated), engaging in friendly conversations to build rapport, understand their needs, and establish a connection.
  • Contact (outbound calling & emailing) and convert recently marketed to databases and prospects.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Directors to develop client base and come up with new ideas to help the company grow.

Over to you! The successful Sales Executive Will Have;

  • Proven B2B sales experience (ideally 2 years minimum)
  • Exceptionally strong client relationship management skills and the ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships for the long-term.
  • This role would suit a self-starter with new ideas, who is keen to work for an organisation that listens to its staff.
  • Own transport and full driving license required (company pool car available), full expenses paid
  • Must be able to work on-site in Wallington and be happy to travel to client meetings
