You will sit at the heart of the organisation between the operations and commercial teams. The supply chain department covers customer service, materials management, demand & forecast, logistics, intercompany planning, co-packing and master data.

How you'll contribute to the mix:
- Processing Sales orders; Enter customer orders from a variety of sources, including E.D.I. (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Monitor order progress through to delivery to customer; including raising invoices and/or credits where necessary.
- Send orders via electronic file to distributors within specific time frames
- Responding to all enquiries into the department in a timely and professional manner
- Entering and monitoring essential pricing and promotions
- Liaising with all customers and distributors regarding deliveries & stock availability
- Ensuring stock availability by working closely with the planning team.
- Raising movement reference paperwork for Northern Ireland orders
- Provide cover as and when required for the Customer Service Team
- To carry out any other tasks commensurate with this post.
Can you supply our essential ingredients?
- IT literate – Microsoft Packages, especially good Excel skills. MRP/ERP systems
- Numerate, with strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated, able to develop self and team
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- An effective and confident communicator with good problem-solving skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
- Able to multi task and maintain a good standard of work
