**About the Role

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their Account Management, Sales & EMS team based in Earls Colne.

This varied and fast-paced role involves coordinating new applications across the business and managing key aspects of the property valuation and sales support process. You?ll be the vital link between field agents, estate agents, contractors, and clients?ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage new property valuation applications in the internal database
  • Liaise with estate agents to schedule property valuations
  • Arrange viewings and attendances for field agents and contractors
  • Coordinate photography and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for listed properties
  • Raise invoices and support internal billing processes
  • Draft and issue valuation reports for probate purposes
  • Uphold company standards and processes in all administrative activity
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Support with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required

**Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Reliable, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
  • Positive and professional approach to problem-solving
