Main responsibilities:
- Handling inbound phone calls from new and existing clients
- Managing existing customer accounts
- Ensuring all the data on the system is correct
- Keeping up to date with company products, policies and procedures
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Previous experience working within an office environment
