**Demand Planner - Global Fashion/Sports Brand - London (flexible working)**
We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast-paced environment where you will be focussed on one of their global sports brands.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
- Report results and reforecasts monthly to provide Finance and Supply Planning with timely and accurate projections and how we are tracking vs budget and forecast
- Key Partner with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Production and external accounts
- Forecast and maintain projected weeks of supply based on on-hands, demand plans, vendor purchase orders
- Develop effective replenishment forecast models, based on demand patterns, and maintain required service levels, with the appropriate levels of inventory
- Manage the processing of all purchase orders. Ensure purchase orders are entered timely and accurately
- Ensure accurate flow of stock / purchase orders to sales orders.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
- 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong mathematical and forecasting mindset
- Experience within retail would be highly beneficial or FMCG
- Someone who has experience setting up new processes or been part of a new system onboarding
- Experience using SAP would be beneficial but not essential
- Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
- Ability to partner and collaborate at all levels with multiple areas of the business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
