We are working exclusively with our client based on the outskirts of Thirsk who is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a part-time, office based role where a unique working pattern can be negotiated and considered on an individual basis.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sales/purchase ledger processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal posting/nominal ledger work
- Preparation of weekly cashflows
- Prepare VAT returns
- Maintain stock records
- Maintain asset register
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of budgets
- Assist in the preparation of year-end and management accounts
Job information:
- Hours: 22.5hrs-30hrs a week depending on the candidates preference
- 22 days holiday + bank holiday
