A market leading, global organisation based in South Molton, Devon is looking for a Plant Finance Manager to join their forward thinking, inclusive team.
The role is predominantly focused on providing financial leadership to the manufacturing location, working collaboratively as a business partner to drive continuous improvement. The Plant Finance Manager connects finance processes with operations, providing guidance, driving actions, and financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.
You will be based out of their site in South Molton, Devon and will have one direct report.

- Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals.
- Detail-oriented with effective organisation and time management skills.
- Highly motivated, highly analytical and self-starter.
