On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems. This role requires a strong technical background in BMS, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

BMS Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Building Management Systems to meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Install, program, and commission BMS hardware and software components.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the appropriate BMS solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS installations and operations.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of BMS systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including system designs, project plans, and user manuals.
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and advancements in BMS technology.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
BMS Engineer
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing, installing, and commissioning Building Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of BMS hardware, software, and networking protocols.
- Proficiency in BMS programming languages and tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HVAC systems and controls is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tridium, Cylon, Distech, Trend or AutoCAD, would be beneficial
