Our client is a provider of outsourced property management services operating nationwide. With a head office in Angel, they are looking for a commercial leader to oversee the branch activity.

Description

The successful General Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop the London team in optimising team performance.
  • Developing and executing ambitious strategic plans to ensure growth in profitable revenues and market share in the London region.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Fire Safety and Health & Safety regulations and best practices in property management and security.
  • With P&L accountability for the London Region, Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • To work closely with the Sales Director in delivering sales growth for the London region and to support the London sales team in achieving both Property Management and Security sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as property owners, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Accomplish Branch objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and counselling.
  • Meeting Branch sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Profile

A successful General Manager should have the following skillset & experience:

  • Dual experience in a Commercial and Operational role would be beneficial.
  • Proven track record of leadership with positive results.
  • Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.

Job Offer
