Exciting opportunity to join an asset finance specialist based in London, the successful candidate would be joining a great team on a hybrid basis working for a dynamic, growing company.
Responsibilities of Collections Executive
- As a Collections Executive you will be responsible to manage a case load of end-to-end collections, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding balances.
- Conduct daily phone calls and send emails to customers, following up on payment commitments and resolving queries.
- Chase customers proactively for overdue payments, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including customer service and finance, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Report directly to the Collections Manager, providing regular updates on collections activities and performance metrics.
Experience and Skills needed to be Collections Executive
- As a Collections Executive, you will leverage your previous experience to manage a case load of end-to-end collections effectively.
- Demonstrate your passion for helping customers resolve financial matters professionally and empathetically as a Collections Executive.
- Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections efforts in your role as a Collections Executive.
