JGA are excited to be partnering with a fantastic Education group who are seeking a culture driven Payroll & Benefits Manager.
What is expected from candidates:
- Efficient and effective multi-sited end-to-end payroll.
- Support on all pay-related queries.
- Maintain payroll records and audit trails.
- Yearend process including P11Ds and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Stay up to date with any payroll legislation changes.
- LGPS & Teachers' pension processing.
- Salary sacrifice scheme, assess utilisation of benefits.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
