This is a Business Development / Account Management role, working with a family-owned business with an excellent reputation in their field. You will engage with zero and low-spending accounts and existing accounts by selling /cross-selling a wide range of products. Managing existing accounts, promoting and upselling.
£28-30k basic salary, realistic OTE expected to be £4-8k per annum in your first year.
Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm. Remote working.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Developing new relationships and maintaining existing key accounts
- Selling into a warm market with existing customers
- Using KPIs, CRM and Data Intelligence to work towards sales and profit targets
- Promoting and signing up new companies

- 2+ years' experience of B2B telesales, account management and business development
- Self-motivated, team player and keen to develop and succeed
- CRM experience is essential - they use Salesforce
