£60-75,000+ DOE + genuine career advancement opportunities
Key duties as Financial Controller will include:
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial reports, including commentary and insight on the monthly management accounts to the Directors
- Budget and cash flow reporting
- Business partnering with key stakeholders, effectively communicating financial data, KPI's and variances
- Stock Management
- Support Commercial team in pricing and ad hoc submissions
- Continuous improvement of robust financial controls
- Oversee all transactional accounting functions, mentoring and developing well established transactional team
- Evaluate and manage risk
- Ensure compliance for VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax
- Stock management
- Provide ad hoc support to directors
To excel in this Financial Controller role, you will need the following key attributes, skills, and qualifications:
ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
Significant experience in a similar role within a medium-sized, owner-managed business
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
Commercially minded and results-driven
